The UpMantra Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to deliver high-quality career counseling, assessments, and student development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for booking, cancelling, and refunding sessions or programs.
All payments made for counseling sessions, assessments, workshops, and programs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Lack of interest
Scheduling conflicts
Incorrect information provided by the user
Partial usage of services
Since psychometric tests generate unique codes and licenses, no refund will be issued after:
Assessment login is shared
Test has been started or completed
Report generation has begun
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, you may reschedule one time without extra charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are treated as a no-show, and the session fee is forfeited.
If the student does not attend the session at the scheduled time, the session will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Rebooking will require additional payment.
For multi-day programs, school workshops, or training sessions:
Fees paid are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
If the student misses any workshop/session, the amount cannot be adjusted or refunded.
If there is a technical issue on our side, we will reschedule the session at no cost.
If technical issues occur on the student’s side, the session will be counted unless:
The issue is reported within the first 10 minutes
A screenshot/video proof of the technical problem is provided
If The UpMantra delays a service due to operational reasons, we will offer:
A rescheduled session or
An alternative slot
No monetary refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions.
In such cases, we will offer:
A rescheduled session
Program adjustment without charges
Refunds in such cases are issued only at the company’s discretion.
For e-books, templates, reports, or online course access:
All sales are final
No refunds after access is granted
Refund and cancellation terms for schools and institutions will follow:
Separate agreements
MoUs
Signed contracts
Refunds will not be issued unless specifically mentioned in the agreement.
