All services are delivered by certified and experienced career counselors.
Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal, academic, and contact information.
All fees must be paid in advance (for sessions, assessments, or programs).
Fees once paid are non-transferable.
Any refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy (provided separately).
Prices may change without prior notice, but ongoing programs will not be affected.
Psychometric test results are for guidance purposes only.
Results cannot be used for legal, immigration, or medical decisions.
We do not guarantee admission, job placement, or exam results.
Career counseling provides guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
Decisions about school, college, stream, or career remain your responsibility.
UpMantra counselors do not provide psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice.
If you are given login access:
Do not share your username or password.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.
Unauthorized access, copying, or misuse of content is prohibited.
All content on our website, reports, dashboards, materials, videos, and workshops is owned by The UpMantra Pvt. Ltd.

Students and guardians agree to:

Not record or publish counseling sessions without consent
